Shipping Methods: We normally use USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for all deliveries within the US, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. However, do bear in mind that shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii will take a little longer than mainland USA. We may also use DHL at the customers request at an additional cost. For international orders, we use USPS First Class International. Be sure to give us a postal mailing address for shipping when completing the order form. When Will My Order Arrive?
Under typical conditions, USPS First Class Mail will be delivered from our fulfillment centre as indicated in the delivery map below. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.  International Customers: We use First Class International which generally takes about 5 - 10 working days to reach most destinations. However, the actual delivery time will be dependent also on the efficiency of the postal system in your own country. You should allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.Customs (International Customers):
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from CafePress.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. It's simple - We want you happy and, more importantly, keep you from yelling at our customer service reps! If you are unhappy with any item, you will receive a full refund, replacement, or merchandise credit as long as you return your merchandise to us within 30 days. Sorry but we cannot accept hats and clothing that have been washed or worn. We are committed to making you smile. . . period!
To make a return please include a copy of the invoice you received and indicate if you'd prefer an exchange, replacement or a refund.

If you return items for sizing, color or style changes and they are free from manufacturer defects and/or order processing mistakes we'll either make an exchange or issue a refund as follows:
Exchanges: We'll ship replacement item(s) via standard delivery.
Express or Expedited shipping will be at expense of the customer.
Refunds: Merchandise cost will only be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded.
However, if we mess up it's entirely on us! That is, if you received any items with manufacturer defects and/or order processing errors, we will pay for the return shipping to us and the re-shipping costs back out to you. Or, if you prefer, we'll issue a full refund including the shipping you paid.
Please note we do not entertain refunds after the 30 days period have expired as of the date of received of goods. Refunds will only be paid by the form of payment mode we received from you.
Please send us an Email before returning any item for an exchange or refund and inform us your name, e-mail address and the order number of the goods that you wish to return.
FREE Shipping Policy - The Fine Print
If you return any items from an order that received FREE Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error. Items which were shipped free and are being returned for an exchange, will be charged the standard shipping charge to have the items reshipped. |
